President’s Welcome

Greetings,

As the President of the Epsilon Beta Omega Chapter, I am honored to welcome you to our website. Chartered on March 5, 1949, our chapter has developed and implemented impactful programs that have enriched and enhanced the lives of the citizens of Spartanburg County for 74 years. Through our signature Pink Rose Cotillion, the Chapter has provided annual scholarship support to high school and college students. We also actively support other important causes on the local, national, and international levels.

Under the leadership of our International President, Danette Anthony Reed, we are “Soaring to Greater Heights of Sisterhood and Service for the next four years (2022 – 2026). The administration has six initiatives. Strengthen Our Sisterhood will serve as the administration’s “Foundation Initiative” as we strengthen our bonds to support our service mission. The remaining five initiatives will serve as the “Program Initiatives” which include: Empower Our Families, Build Our Economic Wealth, Enhance Our Environment, Advocate for Social Justice and Uplift Our Local Community. These initiatives are designed to improve the lives of those we serve. We will work collaboratively to maximize our outreach on progressive endeavors and consistently produce leaders who will advance our principle of service.

Our membership is composed of a dynamic group of college trained, dedicated, and motivated women who have diverse significant talents, expertise, and a commitment to community leadership and service. I invite you to explore our website to learn more about our Chapter, our rich history, upcoming events, and programs.
